Trail town garages
Bentonville's trail network runs right through neighborhoods, and the garage is where mountain bikes get washed, tuned and stored. That means muddy water, chain lube, degreaser and the occasional dropped tool. A coated floor with a little texture is easy to hose down and will not soak up oil or stain from that red Ozark dirt.
New construction everywhere
The city and the towns around it, like Centerton, Cave Springs and Highfill, have added a lot of new homes. Fresh slabs need time to cure before they can be coated, usually about a month. We check moisture and give you an honest date rather than rushing it.
Closer to the downtown square and the older parts of town, garages are smaller and slabs are older, often with cracks or paint. Those need more grinding and patch work, and we price that in from the start.
What we offer
Homes: garage epoxy, flake, metallic for living spaces, and quick-cure polyaspartic.
Businesses: commercial coatings for offices, shops, gyms and restaurants, plus polished concrete.
Problems and protection: fixing failed floors and sealing outdoor concrete.
Offices and corporate suppliers
Bentonville's business community is shaped by the retail headquarters and the vendors and suppliers who set up offices nearby. Many of those spaces have concrete floors in showrooms, test labs and warehouses that need to look clean and hold up. We can work after hours so your team is not disrupted.
Weather here
Humid summers, freezing winters and lots of spring rain. That means garages see moisture, mud and road salt. A sealed coating keeps all of it on the surface.
Our area
Bentonville plus Centerton, Bella Vista, Cave Springs and Highfill.
Can I wash my bike on a coated floor?
Yes. Water and mud rinse off. We recommend texture in the wash area for grip.
Do you coat new construction?
Yes, once the slab has cured and tests dry enough.
Will the floor stain from chain lube or degreaser?
Not if it is wiped up reasonably soon. The coating resists most shop chemicals.
